Pull Together a Team
Hosting a chapter isn't a solo mission. As a Chapter Director, you pull together a committed team — each role a pillar of the movement in your community.
The Host
You. The qualified leader who holds the vision, builds the coalition, and keeps the chapter aligned with HHCI mission and standards.
The Core
Youth & young adult leaders (18+) who help run programs, manage logistics, and mentor members week to week.
The Program
Facilitators who guide youth through the 16-week character development curriculum and weekly commitments.
The Bridge
Local artists who mentor, perform at chapter events, and connect the culture directly to the youth.
The Guard
Family voices who champion legislation, community engagement, and multigenerational accountability.
The Table
Faith leaders, educators, and civic officials engaged through Bridge Council sessions and partnerships.
