QUALIFIED HOSTS

This is a selective campaign. We're not handing out charters — we're qualifying leaders. Here's what makes a strong Chapter Director candidate.

Community Standing

Respected in your city with existing relationships across faith, education, civic, or entertainment networks.

Team-Building Ability

Proven capacity to recruit and lead a coalition of youth, coordinators, parents, and partners.

Culture & Cause Aligned

Genuine love for hip hop culture and a demonstrated commitment to youth empowerment and community change.

Local Network

Connections to potential sponsors, venues, artists, and stakeholders who can anchor the chapter.

Time Commitment

Able to dedicate consistent weekly hours to launch, lead, and sustain chapter operations.

Character & Integrity

Lives the P.L.A.Y.E.R.S. values — purposeful, accountable, trustworthy, and a model for youth.

Fundraising Capacity

Willing and able to build local sponsorship and donor support to sustain the chapter.

Background Cleared

Passes HHCI background screening and completes the Chapter Director onboarding process.
